Chris Cole is a licensed attorney and real estate broker who has been active in real estate in a variety of roles since 2004. Chris grew up in Cape Girardeau and has lived in the area most of his life, leaving only for school. He graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia with a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate, and he obtained his real estate license shortly thereafter. After spending some time with a commercial real estate brokerage in Columbia, Chris went to law school at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, passing the bar and entering law practice in 2009. As an attorney, Chris practiced in real estate, estate planning, and business/corporate transactional matters.

Chris left full-time law practice in 2012 and entered the real estate brokerage industry. Chris is Broker-Owner of Lorimont Commercial Real Estate, where his commercial real estate and land brokerage focuses on assisting investors, businesses, individuals, and developers in acquisition and disposition matters, tenant and landlord representation, and investment analysis in all asset classes. Chris is also General Counsel and Education Coordinator for Edge Realty ERA Powered.

In 2021, Chris became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), commercial real estate's global standard for professional achievement. In 2026, Chris achieved the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, a credential reserved for the most prestigious, the most experienced, and the highest performing land sales experts in the country.

Chris has assisted clients with over 250 commercial real estate and land transactions in Cape Girardeau, Scott, Bollinger, Perry, Madison, Iron, Washington, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve, Stoddard, Butler, Dunklin, Pemiscot, New Madrid, and Mississippi Counties in Missouri.
