Chris Cole

Chris Cole is a licensed attorney and real estate broker who has been active in real estate in a variety of roles since 2004.  Chris grew up in Cape Girardeau and has lived in the area most of his life, leaving only for school.  He graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia with a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate, and obtained his real estate license shortly thereafter.   After spending some time in the mortgage industry, Chris went to law school at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, passing the bar and entering law practice in 2009.  As an attorney, Chris practiced in real estate and other business matters.

Chris left law practice in 2012 and entered the real estate brokerage industry.  Chris is Broker and Owner of Lorimont Commercial Real Estate, where his commercial real estate practice focuses on assisting investors, businesses, and developers in acquisition and disposition matters, tenant and landlord representation, and investment analysis in all asset classes.  Chris is also General Counsel and Education Coordinator for Edge Realty ERA Powered.

Chris has assisted clients with commercial real estate and land transactions in Cape Girardeau, Scott, Bollinger, Perry, Madison, Iron, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve, Stoddard, Butler, Dunklin, Pemiscot, New Madrid, and Mississippi Counties in Missouri.

In 2021, Chris became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).  The CCIM designation is commercial real estate's global standard for professional achievement.
